		<description>Still, I suppose there&#039;s something to be said for maintaining the family hierarchy, Thai-style... something that we&#039;ve all but lost in the West. It guarantees the maintaining of respect for the older generations in their declining years. Otherwise they might be abandoned to the Thai equivalent of British-style care; a old persons&#039; home, a barely adequate pension, health care discrimination, kids that have almost forgotten you exist, and loneliness!

		<description>Oh the joys of Thai society!  Sadly MTF&#039;s mother passed away several years ago so I do not have that little triangle.  

As for a dog ......well we have a rabbit who thinks hes a dog as hes always escaping and trying to socalise with the soi dogs.  Who incidentally know he is a rabbit.
We call him Lucky (see previous exploits on MTF).  Unfortunately he also thinks the house in the hong nam!
